Implementation

This service involves the implementation of both self-hosted and Privilege Cloud instances of the CyberArk platform. It includes a holistic platform implementation, along with adding additional components such as AAM or PTA. The service will be tailored to the specific needs of the client to ensure a smooth implementation process.

Integrations

The integration service includes enabling, developing, and customising integrations and connectors for both session and password management. Additionally, CyberArk can be integrated with other systems to enable greater maturity in the environment, such as ServiceNow, Remedy, SailPoint, Splunk, and more. This service will ensure that the CyberArk platform is well integrated with other systems in the environment, enabling efficient and effective management of privileged access.

Upgrade & Migration

This service includes guidance, planning, and implementation of the current instance of the CyberArk platform to a later version. It also includes migration of infrastructure to the cloud for IaaS and migration to Privilege Cloud from a self-hosted platform. This service will ensure that the CyberArk platform is up-to-date and well-maintained.

Platform Management & Optimisation

Standardisation

Large-scale implementations require a standardised approach across the platform for both design, support, and operational purposes. This service will ensure that a standardised approach is developed and implemented, which will enable greater service availability and efficiency from an operational point of view.

Onboarding

This service involves guidance, assistance, and execution of applications and end systems utilising the CyberArk platform via onboarding. Activities can also include large-scale onboarding, onboarding process maturity, and automated onboarding. This service will ensure that the onboarding process is well defined and executed, enabling efficient management of privileged access.

Metrics & Insights

This service involves developing and implementing reporting to provide greater insights into the consumption of the platform. Additionally, metrics relating to compliance and hygiene of interactions and onboarded objects will be provided for an audit and control lens. This service will enable the client to have better visibility and understanding of the usage of the CyberArk platform and compliance with regulations.

Knowledge & Training

Upskilling and knowledge sharing of internal staff both from an end-user point of view, as well as the Engineering practice, will mature the internal capabilities of supporting the CyberArk platform. This service includes training and knowledge-sharing programs to ensure that the client's team has the necessary skills and knowledge to support the CyberArk platform effectively.

Review & Audit

This service involves a complete assessment of either the current platform or current onboarded targets and accounts to provide insights into health and compliance, along with a detailed remediation plan of any identified weaknesses or opportunities for improvement. This service can be beneficial from an availability and audit readiness point of view.

Automation

Automation is key to implementing a mature and efficient platform. This service includes scenarios that can span from infrastructure builds to onboarding to testing to control effectiveness validation. This service will ensure that the CyberArk platform is well-automated and efficient.
